It couldn’t be more so true as in Saigon (AKA Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) where locals love to chat about where they buy things and for how much. <em>Mac Qua!</em> .."that’s too expensive!”<br /><br />While this information is for the most part limited to my experiences, I thought I’d share it anyway. Sorry, some of the places I can only recall the street so feel free to chime in.
